Overall, we had a very positive experience renovating our new place with MSS. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They made the process stress-free and enjoyable, and my husband & I are thrilled with the results.

In fact, we were so chill during the whole renovation process till Venn, our ID got worried.

Basicially my husband & I not artistic people and can only tell Venn in an abstract manner the feel we want and he literally translate our feel to reality. Venn and Don have also helped us with day to day project co-ordination, sending us timely update of the progress with videos and pictures, response to our questions without delay.

When they handed over the house to us, it was already in move-in stated where we just have to move ourselves and our stuff over.

Venn, Don & the team took pride in their work. They go all out to ensure they spotted the defects before us and get them rectified before we saw it.

Even though we do spotted some very minor defects post handover, they continue to provide their support by sending their carpenter over to rectify.

Lastly, we feel blessed to have met Venn, Don, Reyane & Steffanie. We want to say a big Thank You to them for transforming our house to a Presidential Suite staycation home where we look forward coming back every day after a hectic day.

From the start, Vincent listened to my ideas, understood my vision, and offered expert advice without sounding like a know-it-all. It was like talking to a friend who just happens to be an experienced interior designer.

The design process itself was a breeze. Vincent presented me with a few options that were all very well designed, but he also made sure to incorporate my personal touches. The attention to detail was incredible. Every little thing, from the placement of the first down light to the choice of door handles, was carefully considered.

I was particularly impressed with the way Vincent handled the flooring. He mixed and matched different materials to create a cohesive look throughout the house. The vinyl floors in the living areas are not only beautiful but also practical (a word I don't use often, but it's totally fitting here). Through the whole renovation process, from the initial concept to the design, material selection and during the construction, Rey’s enthusiasm and conscientiousness in the design had never ceased to.

Rey had high standard and requirement to the workmanship. He took pride of his work and he would request the contractor to re-do some parts or replacement which did not meet his standard and requirement.
His design keeps up with the pace of the times, and he always thinks of ways to make breakthrough in his design and be innovative. Through his creativity, he had designed an amazing centre island for our house.
Living in the house he designed, the sense of space with the lighting effects, it makes us feel like living in a high-end hotel.
